Due to the overwhelming popularity of Haunted Plantation, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase tickets in advance.
ONCE A DATE SELLS OUT ONLINE, THE WALK-UP TICKET BOOTH WILL BE CLOSED FOR THAT DATE.
Do not wait until the last minute. Secure your tickets early to avoid disappointment!
Please print your tickets or have them ready to display on your mobile device upon arrival. If multiple tickets were purchased in a single transaction, one barcode will be used to scan all tickets in that order.
ADMISSION & OPERATING HOURS
All tickets are GENERAL ADMISSION.
Gates Open: 6:00 PM
Gates Close: 10:30 PM
Halloween Night (October 31): Gates close at 9:00 PM.
The first group of guests will enter the attraction at approximately 7:00 PM.
Guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis within their designated ticket time frames.
ARRIVAL TIMES — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
YOU MUST ARRIVE WITHIN YOUR DESIGNATED TICKET TIME FRAME.
Guests may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled time and must check in before the end of their designated arrival window.
EXAMPLE: If your ticket is for 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM, you may arrive as early as 6:45 PM but no later than 7:30 PM.
LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for parking and check-in.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Tickets must be purchased by individuals 18 years of age or older.
All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
PARKING & WEATHER CONDITIONS
Street parking is available nearby on Malakeke Street.
Haunted Plantation is an outdoor attraction. Guests should be prepared for uneven terrain, damp or wet conditions, and unpredictable weather.
This event is subject to cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions, including rain.

WARNING: THIS IS AN EXTREME HAUNTED EXPERIENCE.
Haunted Plantation is an intense, physically demanding walk-through attraction designed to frighten and disorient guests.
During your experience, you may encounter:

Extremely low visibility and darkness

Fog and atmospheric effects

Uneven terrain and damp or wet conditions

Sudden scares and close encounters with actors

Anyone with medical conditions that may be aggravated by intense physical or psychological stress
Admission will be denied to guests who appear intoxicated or are wearing temporary casts, medical braces, or using crutches.

Any guest who violates these rules or engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior will be immediately removed from the attraction WITHOUT A REFUND.
Haunted Plantation reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
TICKET TERMS, LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Your ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter Haunted Plantation. Management reserves the right to revoke this license or refuse admission, subject to applicable law.
By purchasing a ticket and entering Haunted Plantation, the ticket holder acknowledges and understands that participation involves inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional distress, and other potential hazards associated with a haunted attraction.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes the risks associated with attending and participating in Haunted Plantation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ticket holder agrees to release and hold harmless Haunted Plantation, its operators, parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and property owners from claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the attraction, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.
By entering the attraction, guests acknowledge these warnings and agree to comply with all posted rules and staff instructions.
